The French businessman and gourmet loves to relax at Monica's Grillimbiss after work. With his new favorite dish: genuine Ruhr region currywurst. Sometimes even with French fries. That doesn't mean that the connoisseur has given up on variety since discovering it, though. He takes business partners to award-winning restaurants and hotels that have held the top spots in the Michelin ranking for years thanks to award-winning chefs such as Dieter Müller, Jean-Claude Bourgueil and newcommer Frank Rosin. And with friends, he drops by the historic centre od Düsseldorf, famous as "the world's longest bar". Vitalis enjoys the cullinary diversity of North-Rhine-Westphalia and is always open to new things. But when it comes to currywurst, he will always be true to Monica's Grillimbiss.
